Hana Hillerová
Hana Hillerova, a native of Prague, is a visual artist and designer, best known in the United States for her large-scale sculptures and installations. She studied at Charles University in Prague and California Polytechnic University, later earning a Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin, where she also served as the director of the Creative Research Laboratory. Hillerova focuses on independent artistic work, exhibiting in both Europe and the U.S. One of her notable achievements is a public commission for twenty metal sculptures at Houston’s Intercontinental Airport. In her latest work, she explores glass as a medium, creating vases, glass sculptures, architectural elements, and lighting fixtures. Her series of vases, represented by Rossana Orlandi, is currently nominated for the international EDIDA Design Award 2025 by Elle Decoration Czech Republic
