The ISOLE collection is a journey through 13 Sicilian islands, each represented by a pitcher, an archetype of Mediterranean culture born to hold the most precious of resources, water. Transformed through a manual study, the pitcher becomes a vase. Individually dedicated to a single island, the collection of vases unites them to form an imaginary archipelago. Simple, silent and organic, they recall the daylight and calm of Sicilian islands.
The receptacle’s body is returned to its primary geometric shape and plays on cylindrical variations. Deconstructed handles communicate their primeval function. The ISOLE are handmade in white clay and finished in opaque crystalline glaze, enhancing their colour and texture. The individual vases vary in width and are approximately 30 cm high. Made in Italy exclusively for the Rossana Orlandi Gallery in Milan, the ISOLE come in a limited edition of ten collections.
The ISOLE archipelago is composed of Vulcano, Stromboli, Panarea, Salina, Lipari, Filicudi, Alicudi, Favignana, Marettimo, Levanzo, Pantelleria, Lampedusa and Linosa.
 
Due to the handcrafted nature of this product, small variations in colour, size and shape may occur.
