Shell sofa

The curves of the Shell sofa and chair were inspired by Bethan’s fascination with scallops and the
undulating ridging of their shells. “The first thing you want to do is sit in it,” she enthuses. “I’ve designed it to be enveloping and cocooning while the curves also really accentuate the pattern of fabric or the texture of a bouclé. I also love the play between the light and dark on the curve, depending on the time of day, and how that brings the fabric to life, whether it is printed, woven or looped,” says Bethan.
