Made of metal with a black powder-coating, the Sculpt Dining Chair is a beautiful piece by Maarten Baas. Its surface texture is charmingly wonky, like its form.

The Sculpt Collection includes pieces of furniture based on quick sketches, which are enlarged to a monumental size. Baas has decided to leave them rough, producing a highly original and very expressive work.
