Picture

Picture is a three-dimensional reconstruction of an environment that evokes relaxation, reflection and inner enrichment. Hence the acronym “SCR”, which stands for Suspended Relax Corner. Picture is a functional summary of the most interpreted objects in the history of design. These include a bookcase, a coffee table, an armchair, and a lamp. The bookcase has three rectangular shelves in Canaletto walnut, with invisible fixing elements. Supported by a thin stainless steel structure, the coffee table is in green alps marble with bevelled edges. Defined by geometric padded elements in soft vintage leather, the armchair is pleasantly ergonomic. The fabric lamp with brass finishes reveals a desire for non-ideological essentiality, for simplicity, contributing to the overall sense of serenity.

Finally, the structural frame is the keystone of Picture. Without it, Picture would not exist structurally and conceptually. In fact, it encloses and composes every element in a defined framework. It also characterizes the spirit of the place, in the architectural meaning of the term.
