One page

Conceived ideally following the modelling of a single sheet of paper, One Page is a tribute to the continuity of forms that enhance Ron Arad’s sculptural poetics and Moroso’s manufacturing expertise. The ‘sheet’ is developed on a double level: the load-bearing structure in rigid polyurethane for the external part and the padding in flexible polyurethane for the internal part. The result is an armchair in which the seat, armrests and backrest create an enveloping continuum. The special production process superimposes a soft, flexible moulded part on a rigid shell, freeing comfort from traditional padding. Designed for both the residential and contract markets, One Page has a five-spoke swivel base in die-cast aluminium and is available with or without tilt mechanism. The footrest is made with a similar production technology, which enhances the sheet concept that inspires the armchair
