HMSPHR40
The sculptural object shown is a sound object, the geometric figure is pure, in solid wood and devoid of any technological device; when placed in vibration, it transmits sound in a unique way thanks to its material and geometric characteristics. Dumbledore, if taken individually, begins to resonate once placed in contact with a source of vibrations transmitted by the pedestal. The latter contains the technological apparatus useful for playing any music from devices, via bluetooth, cable or wi-fi. The base, without the structure, would lose its amplification and low volume sounds could be heard (such as those of a turntable not connected to the system).
The choice of an harmonic geometry as a means of diffusion takes place in order to better study and observe how the geometry of sound frequencies interacts with the geometry of the form.
The structure resonates with any music and sound giving it its own spatial interpretation.
It is recharged using a wireless charging device that can be inserted in a special base (optional), or be hidden in the undertop of any piece of furniture. An available version is also the one where the packaging becomes a white pedestal on which to place HMSPHR (as happens during exhibitions). The beauty of this object comes from its functional sonic
expression.
