Rochester Sideboard Wenge

Rochester Sideboard has a complex and elegant design. This sideboard has four doors made of solid wenge hexagonal pieces. More than 3000 hexagonal columns compose a single piece. These are hand-carved in solid wood, and then assembled together by hand. The hexagonal shape also characterizes the polished brass cabinet’s legs. Gold-mirrored aluminium and premium quality Italian leather enrich its interior.

The Rochester collection features a sideboard, a cabinet, a shelf and a set of three floor lamps. The design emulates Rochester Falls’ columnar basalts through a wooden–brass topography; as though every piece originated from a single block of timber crystalized into a multitude of hexagonal columns.
