The bread is one of the most iconic elements of human’s life, a symbol of life and sociality.
The Culture of bread has been developing  along the evolution of human being following and preserving specific charatteristics and traditions of the different people and different locals communities in the world.
To Celebrate the Art of Bread Rossana Orlandi has invited 30 of the most famous Italian chef to interpretate this iconic element .
The result of this invitation will be displayed in an installation curated by Rossana Orlandi and Lucio Micheletti.
