Osloer Blue Table

Osloer Blue Table Table is a part of Meteorite collection by Von Pelt Atelier. The long oval crystal of this mature, fully formed piece has an extraordinary depth and clarity. The shimering rock crystal under the resin comes from the deepest glaciers of Norway. Elegant and light, yet strong. This is a unique piece made of resins, vintage and broken security glass, steel and the finest pigments. The table top is protected by a sheet of glass.

The fascination with nature has always been a recurring theme in Von Pelt’s design process. The atelier’s goal is to create “nature better than nature”, to create the impossible. To achieve this goal, designers spent a long time consulting with craftsmen and technicians on how to create the perfect geode.
